I put 300lbs of sand bags in my Skyline.

And snow tires of course.

Don't be that guy who thinks he can just throw some weight in the back and drive around on summers.

I don't think ballast is necessary in Vancouver weather.. 2WD pickups like Rangers etc maybe.. but RWD cars I don't think it is necessary.. just a full tank of gas and good winter tires you are good to go.

However I used to drive a 993 on the east coast during the dead of winter.. so perhaps you need a bit of practice too.
