"The Forum Wars" on Speed channel
 

This looks like its going to be a pretty sweet tv show.

"The Forum Wars" is the show to be featured on Speed TV where forum users and their cars get the chance to put up or shut up. Each episode will feature two cars representing two different automotive forums. The drivers are interviewed and get the chance to talk smack about the competition. Then, the drivers negotiate a drag race and a road course event. If after the two events there isn't a clear winner, a tiebreaker event is held.

The first couple of shows will be cool but I bet it'll turn corny after the 3rd EP.

In fairness, amongst all the ricers, there are a few people who really CAN drive. This being said, the people who I "know" can drive are hardly ricers.

Some guy with a tuned Carrera GT on another forum came up with this idea few years ago... cool thing it happened, will check the episodes out when they air.

This could get good provided they use cool cars and keep it fairly even... even better if they take old rivalries from online and bring them to the track
