Unless you really think that by murdering a human being is justified because he threw a dog off a bridge. I am not saying that it is not tragic, a dog getting thrown off a bridge, it is quite sad really. But the fact that some people's logic here is to throw a human being off a bridge and to kill a man because of what he did to an animal is so illogical that it deserves a fail.
Again, throwing a dog off the bridge is fucking stupid and worthy of punishment. But the punishing is not by killing the guy. As MajinHurricane said, people's priorities are fucked up here.
[edit] Oh and if it was my, I would for sure make sure this guy is punished by the extent of the law. But I would not murder someone and be sent to life in prison over the death of my dog. Maybe that's just me and some of you guys rather spend the rest of your life in jail over your dog, all the power to you.

dog suffered for a week? or so
but the person if convicted, deserves to suffer for 1 year? and thats justified?
if anything, the dog shouldve been put down in the first place or the owner be fined.
