I thank people on narrow roads. Also when merging, even though it is my turn to go in. If enough people do it, it might catch on. It takes very little effort. Someone should invent a "Thanks" light. I'd get one. |
There's no Thank button in my car. |
i drive morning and afternoon rush hour traffic everyday via knight bridge, i wave/thank almost every day. |

better to have someone who knows your intentions than be pissed off at you for all the wrong reasons |
I pretty much thank and give out a wave/hand gesture whenever I can, like when they let me cut in or merge in their lanes or at a intersection. Even when it's raining and cold outside, I'll roll down my window a little and stick my hand out as a "thank you" gesture for a second then roll the windows back up ASAP :) |
everytime someone lets me in, when they didn't have to. |
all the time, I don't expect them to thank me at all. |
almost all the time |
whenever someone lets me in/shows courtesy... i give a wave... figure there is some karma at play on the road! |
After you get cut off by someone, the wave they do doesn't mean "sorry", it means "meh" Posted via RS Mobile |
I rarely do it. I only do it if I know I fucked up and cut him off unintentionally. but that's not "thanks" now is it? In narrow roads and stuff I play chicken.......j/k I usually am the one that pulls over. |
I honestly do it as often as I can... when people let me pass, or let me merge, etc. Even when my windows were tinted i'd put my window down so I could gesture out the window... A simple gesture often goes a long way |
