Today i was going up sfu and was caught speeding (3points).

After your prohibition, you are on probation for the next 2 years (IIRC).
Within that 2 year period, any further infractions will typically result in a further suspension. This is all if the superintendent deems that you should get a suspension.
What can you do? Well, nothing really. You could try to dispute but if the cop shows up, you're hooped and your suspension would start at that date instead of paying it now.
Up to you. Lose you license sooner and get it back earlier or lose it later and get it back later.

Just a heads up for the future, you should slow down around that 2nd corner going up and stay within limit until you see that they AREN'T at the trail lead off place! |

But that requires proactive thinking. Not many people are capable of that down a days though.... |

file a dispute of the ticket... will put the points off for a year or so... then hopefully you can get your full license before then... (i am guessing anyway)

Nice idea yvrnycraer! I believe that does work. Since you are innocent until proven guilty (charges are pending trial) I think a lonnng time ago my friend did that back in highschool and worked for him. He kept delaying the court date.
