VIP = dropped on supersized rims so that you get a fat chick in your car it will rub for sure. Also - Insane camber like the goddamn hulk's shit came dropping down and splat on your car.

In other words, some guys went cheap-ass on lowering and just cut their springs, then when they got laughed at, they called it "VIP" to make it sound like it was supposed to be that way.
