Some dumb ass in this car was weaving in and out of traffic like he's Vin Diesel or something. Also not using his turn signals and cutting other cars off, bad idea. It's not that hard to use them god damn it! Just flick your damn finger up or down.

Lol it was one of those oval stickers that have the area they from abbreviated.
For example like these:
