yes,assuming you have a working lighter jack and FM radio. but that is fairly expensive for an FM transmitter.
Mine can play USB/ SD/ Line out and it cost less than $10CDN

This is what I bought before springing for a deck that had an ipod input:

Aux jack on the bottom if you're looking to use it just as a charger, too.

This is what I ended up buying when I bought a new car (Minus the bluetooth interface. Ended up being $300.):
