Ability Tax Group LLP specializes in Tax, Trust and Estate Services for people with disabilities and their families. We work closely with the disability community to facilitate tax credit related information.
Job Description:
This position requires the individual to interact with people with a disability and/or the family members of a person with a disability over the phone, in person or through email. The purpose of this position is to assist Administrators with:
1) completing forms;
2) sending mail/email correspondence to clients;
3) data entry;
4) answering phone calls and basic client inquiries; and
5) miscellaneous work.
This position offers the ideal candidate the opportunity to pursue an advancement to becoming an Administrator.
Job Requirements:
The ideal individual for this position MUST be comfortable and patient with interacting with people with disability. The position requires the individual to:
1) Have a minimum of 1 year office experience; and
2) Be able to type a minimum of 50 WPM and basic computer skills.
Good to have/be:
1) Fluent in writing, speaking and reading English and Chinese (mandarin/cantonese) OR English and French;
2) Have past volunteer experience.
