Harvey Specter 11-27-2009 12:12 AM

The Lambo is nothing compared to the rest of his collection which will include the new Mercedes SLS, Spyker Aileron and Rolls Royce Ghost.

ShyGuy 11-27-2009 12:23 AM

did he actually buy it though? A number of people went through the same thing as what is shown in the video during the bugatti test drive day.

Well I heard from someone close to this Harvey guy that he's "committed" to buy one, no down payment yet so only time will tell. I honestly have my doubts about this guy actually buying one, don’t get me wrong this guy is balling but $2.2 million which doesn’t even include taxes might be out of his league but who am I to doubt his ability to purchase one.

bimmer91 11-27-2009 12:34 AM

Uh I don't think he purchased the car, all people who had the chance to test drive the car had to sign paperwork.. I think that's the case but correct me if I'm wrong.

jeff_alexander 11-27-2009 12:41 AM

If you think about it, he didn't really buy it, his company bought it. That means he can write off the taxes because it's part of the money generating revenue for the company. He probably saved himself a shit load of money doing that.

Lesson to be learned: buy a car under company name, save money.

emjay 11-27-2009 12:46 AM

^ agreed. how many cars does this guy have? jeezz..

lowside67 11-27-2009 12:54 AM

Lol @ reading comprehension fail. The guy owns an exotic car club, so of course he has a bunch of cars. The Veyron would be #12 I believe.

But the wheels on the Bugatti cost more than your entire car.

no he can't claim the full $2.2 million, the maximum he can use for tax purposes is $30,000 on passenger vehicles.

^ If the business IS cars then the rules change.

That's like saying an airline company can only deduct a few thousand off a 20 million dollar jet.

jeff_alexander 11-27-2009 08:53 AM

Of course he can't claim the full $2.2 million, but he can claim a shit load more than if he bought it with his personal account. $30,0000 is still a lot of money to be saved if you think about it.

AzNightmare 11-27-2009 10:05 AM

damn, I would actually be too scared to drive that thing... It's worth more than my house.

hal0g0dv2 11-27-2009 10:44 AM
