He needs his image to sell products and people buying his products is the general public. For the most part, the general public is the one that made him a billionaire. This subject has been debated on sports shows since the story broke and I think both sides have good points.

Urban Dictionary Urban Word of the Day: Quote: December 14: tiger's wife mad
the act of being so angry at someone that you find the item they cherish most and beat them with it. Chris was so tiger's wife mad at Joe that he grabbed Joe's Wii remote and beat him with it.

Everytime something like this comes up, people start trying to justify private lives vs. people's insatiable desire for gossip. The only true way I can come up with is this:
We made you. We can break you.
If he wants to live a private life with no cameras following him-be a plumber.
He's living in million dollar homes and currently sailing on a 22mil boat. Guess what the price is? You get 100million people up in your shit when you do wrong. It's the name of the game. He didn't mind those same people up in his shit when he was doing well. That's how he scored the lucrative endorsements. They put his ass in a buick because people already knew who he was.
Can't have it both ways. Gotta pay to play.

Can't have it both ways. Gotta pay to play. | For the most part I agree with this. The media scrutiny and cameras following him come with the territory. During good times and bad times, people will be all up in his business. I understand that part of it. I just don't get the part where, when someone in the limelight does something bad, people are so quick to bury the person. Are they held at a different standard, and therefore cannot do any wrong, because "we" made them financially wealthy? Or are we just haters because they are wealthy, and now we want to see them suffer so to speak?
I for one could care less what he did off the golf course. As long as he didn't molest kids or something of that nature. I just want to witness him break the records for most majors.

He fucked around on his wife.
Bigfuckingdeal.
There are worse thing happening in this world. This whole thing has blown completely out of proportion.
Ever day on the fucking news there has to be a "Tiger" story, I don't care, I never will care, and I'm sick of hearing about it.

the thing is, tiger has been a role model for so many, especially kids. thats why i think hes getting all this media attention cause he was suppose to be the classic sports role model...
If this was ron artest or like dennis rodman, im sure people wouldn't care as much cause they were considered the "bad boys" of sports so they could cheat on a number of woman and not a big deal of it.

| Any parent that lets their kids get fidelity lessons from celebrities is a failure.
