Noob Problem: Unable to Access Profile and Files

Hey guys, wondering if any of you could help me out. Running XP, and when I try to log on with my user profile, it states that access is denied due to possible files missing. The other user profiles and files are fully accessible, but when I try to open My Documents through another profile, it shows up as "access denied".

Haven't installed any new software and a virus scan comes up clean but i'm guessing the problem lies within my files which are unnacessible.

Any suggestions?

TIA.

Hmm not sure about your first problem, but regarding the second one its because you arent on your account you cannot access your "My Documents".
Most likely your account was on Admin settings, and that means only that account will be able to access those files. So until you can log into your account you wont be able to see those files.

As for the first problem, I never ran into that before, so I cant really help you there.

Try creating a new administrator account, then take the ownership of the folder/files.
