The film has already been greenlit and there is a screenplay in place already, actually from what I'm hearing, there's likely to be 2 or 3 films. I could see a prequel to Jack's pre CTU days tho if he does die in the finale.

Yup that's a ballistic mask. We have them in our gear lockers, for the private security work I do, but we've never used them before, no real need. The ones we have are rated IIIA and look quite similar (without the ventilation) to the one Jack was wearing.

The one used by 24 for filming was a plastic prop, our armourer has the exact same one in his inventory. I think you can buy one for $25.
