RIP Cory: January 21, 2000 to November 30, 2009 Picture taken at the age of four: http://photos-e.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-...82102_9468.jpg Sickness and old age caught up to him. He went to the hospital on Sunday morning, and thankfully waited until my dad came home from his trip on Monday morning so that we could all be together once more this afternoon. He was suffering from anemia, an enlarged left atrium, and had liver abnormalities. He was bleeding from his nose on/off this weekend - a sign of a bigger problem probably. At his age, we didn't want to put him through any more procedures. I don't think I can take part in owning a dog any more. |
