call telus..
ur using hte same towers as bell for what you are doing
and yes, you can type/write in chinese on the iphone3gs, there is multilanguage support

you can send English text but cant do it with Mandarin/Cantonese text? or you can only text to TELUS clients? if you gonna call TELUS for troubleshooting, call with a different phone cause they cant do much when you're on your handset.

you also need to explain your situation better cause I'm a little confused what you're trying to say.
