| how much milk do you drink?
I'm recently getting in the habit of drinking milk again... but also supplement it with my workout food, so, how much do you guys drink?
is there such thing as too much milk?

I drink between 1-2 liters per day, not including my cereal. Sometimes I drink one of those 1L bottles in one sitting.
I'm also curious if there is such a thing as too much milk

between cereal and 2 protein shakes a day plus a glass with dinner usually it adds up real quik

I'm semi lactose intolerant, I think the only thing that bugs my system is milk.
I get really bloaty and farty after it LOL. But I think as I drink it more often my body adapts.
