each has their place

you would be drinking Gatorade for a liquid carb and drinking milk as mostly a protein source

LOL...I am! I use to drink lots of milk, more than a litre a day. Now on a good day I will drink a litre, but usually 2-3 cups. I went from homogenized milk to 2%, and now I only drink 1%, but am trying to transition to skim.

2 cups usually, one with protein shake, one just normal 2%, does a decent job of getting rid of heart burn too

So this would be consumed per day??

I'm east indian and I think that's a bit much! Are you at least tall? I didn't drink 4 litres, but I managed to grow to be 6'0.

I just drank a glass of milk, and at the end of it I feel really sick. Feel like I could puke it out any anytime.

1) They're talking about height
2) They're not talking about working out. They are suggesting that drinking milk = get taller.

i dont know why so many people think they missed out on 6" of height by not drinking milk when they were a kid. milk isnt some miracle height grower.

and i drink it not just because its good for you but because i actually really like milk. drank it my whole life. and im white.

Drinking one cup of milk everyday is equivalent to taking in 300 mg of Calcium which is valuable for your growth process.
