The AE86 and EvoX were mad-drifting in the rain, Tokyo Drift style. Thought they could outrun the cops if they drifted around enough cars and pedestrians. American SUV was too big and bulky, took up too much of the road, AE86 and EvoX obviously couldn't make it around and drifted into it.

Honestly though, check on news1130 or am730traffic. You probably saw more than most of the other people in the area, if you're already saying what happened.
