Review: Nuba - Authentic Lebanese Cuisine (with pics!)

K-dub and I only sampled a few things but still. One of them is on the Vancouver magazine's 101 things to eat.

Looks great, I haven't made it to that location yet. Just the really small one on Seymour.

I used to go to Nuba every week when I went to school around there. They have great platters, and is always packed during lunch. Definitely the best Lebanese food I've ever had. When I spoke with one of the chefs, he told me that they try to use alot of local and organically grown ingredients too.
