Almost all east indian places are open and I would imagine any fast food places (e.g. subways) owned by ei people will be open today.

Ok, I can confirm the Subway on SW Marine Drive is open. So is the Denny's and the Mc D's on Marine like already mentioned but Wendy's is closed.
