Of course it is a sheer coincidence that a film crew was waiting to capture this all? After finally getting off an airplane and out of the airport after how long a day/flight maybe Cameron didn't want to play this guy's game? Avatar had an unoriginal plot line but the graphics were phenomenal. It's just one fan, and every celebrity has the right to refuse an autograph. Who cares if he's a douche. He's a douche that can make movies.
