Purchases for Boxing Day/Week Sale 2009

Similar to "Your Recent Purchases" but I am sure most of us picked up something or somethings over this Boxing/Day Week sale!

Show us your purchases!

For myself I was needed something more for outerwear...

Decided between a Bugatti double layered coat and a peatcoat from HB.

Ended up picking the HB military peacoat in black

nothing lol. Boxing week is no longer special. I usually wait till around Mid-Jan to Feb to make my purchase. Becasue during those times sales is usually really low so store will try ot put some of the stuff on sale. Beside most door crashers sucks and the stuff that's on sale usually don't fit me.

I've always liked the Bugatti double layered coats and blazers, nice pick up.

I got a Hugo Boss suit for just under $500 tax in. Picked up some CK underwear which were on sale at the Bay. I might head over to PC sometime this week and see what else left over from Boxing day.

Not an insanely good deal, it's not unheard of to score a $300 Boss suit at Nordstrom Rack. $500 is about as much as anyone should reasonably pay for a Boss suit given its quality and competitors, but its name can get people to buy them for a grand somehow.

As for me... I picked up some A. testoni loafers

Online stores have been having way better boxing day deals than the local ones. The ancient allure of setting up tent and lining up at Best Buy the night before hardly seems worth it with the proliferation of internet retailers.

Hugo Boss in Oakridge. Reg. price was $899 or something, it was reduced to I believe $499 and they had a promo on Boxing day that gave you an extra $150 off before 1pm.

honestly....this year boxing day really looked garbage, most of the stores had there store wide boxing week sale way ahead of boxing day and the door crashers were just lame.
having worked retail for so many years, i wait till February or even march when sales r the shitters and stores are desperate to clear as much as they can

Actually the Bay had some good deals. Most of the men's stuff was half off. The only designer I was interested in was RL but most of the good stuff was gone.
