you can cure that with $200, straight pipe + bullet.

not recommended for track use though. you may get black flagged.

Leopold Stotch 12-30-2009 12:04 PM

god damn this thing is going to be quick

i drove the 2010 4.6L V8 and it was pretty quick.

it is hard to get the classic sound with the newer Ford V8's only because they are 3/4 valve OHC configurations

check out the pushrod v8s from Chevy and Dodge...the classic muscle car engine notes are still very much alive

jeff_alexander 01-02-2010 03:12 AM

I gotta say Ford really does the best detail work of any American car maker nowadays... and I'd say their finishing/design work is better than a lot of Japanese makers now too... unbelievable how far they've come.

josel_atr 01-02-2010 09:33 PM

stock brembo brakes is a good idea for a 5.0 v8 motor. i like the turn signals. its cool.

The video itself? Or the exhaust? Cuz the latter is very easy to fix ;)

Kinda nice, seeing a video that doesn't have shitty fucking music on it. And doesn't need it.

brute_4s 01-04-2010 01:33 PM

yeah isnt this new v8 supposed to punch out 400+ hp and the v6 like 305 now???

Iceman-19 01-04-2010 05:21 PM

You guys do realize they have to design the exhaust to pass VERY strict noise regulations?

*edit*
My mistake, you are all ignorant and stupid, of course you didnt realize this.
