What "Fit Type" are you? Goals?

I saw this a chart on another forum, and thought it might make for an interesting poll:

http://carlrules.com/images/fit-modes.jpg

I changed the chart a bit, using a better example of "built". The original guy was pretty much the same as "bodybuilder" just not as absurd.

I also found a better version of "builtfat" - me! :lol That pic is from a while ago, I have gained about 5-10 lbs of fat since then ('Tis the season to be carby!). I basically look the same, but with a big gut :lol

My goal would be basically what I am now, but bigger and leaner. Not as big as the 'built' guy, and not as lean, but better than I am now.

i think i am builtfat. 5'9 208lbs.......

Wanna move towards built by end of new years...

CorneringArtist 12-30-2009 10:18 AM

I'm 6'2 270 lbs, in between builtfat and fat. And I'm Asian/Pacific Islander. I wanna start lifting weights to get down more towards builtfat in time for rugby in spring.

RRxtar 12-30-2009 11:27 AM

6' 178lbs

sort of the same shape as the swimmer up there with more meat and not as lean. not as big as the cut/athletic guy.

id say 60% athletic, 25% swimmer, 15% builtfat... based on those pics.

Vangruver 12-30-2009 11:33 AM

yikes.

That chart makes me swimmer/biker esque.

I want to be a wee bit more cut though.

liu13 12-30-2009 11:50 AM

that 8 pack is insane

jeffh 12-30-2009 04:17 PM

SKINNY!!!!11

SkinnyPupp 12-30-2009 09:11 PM

Good to see that people are being honest in the poll ;)

Ulic Qel-Droma 12-31-2009 04:17 AM

SkinnyPupp 12-31-2009 06:07 AM

If you guys can find better examples, I'm happy to update the chart

mc25 12-31-2009 10:25 AM

maxxxboost 12-31-2009 03:02 PM

Leopold Stotch 12-31-2009 07:37 PM

5 10
165lbs
fat skinny

not as skinny nor as fat as the guy in the pic. but definitely in the worst shape of my life

JSilver 12-31-2009 07:41 PM

Cut/Athletic but I'm kinda leaning to being built. I guess I'm sorta getting there.

5'7" @ 150lbs of 75% Cut/Athletic + 25% Built

SkinnyPupp 12-31-2009 08:06 PM

at 150 lbs, it's going to be tough to be "built" like that! ;)

Are you exaggerating your height perhaps? ;)

Alpine50 01-03-2010 02:56 AM

jeffh 01-03-2010 08:20 AM

liu13 01-03-2010 10:18 AM

SkinnyPupp 01-03-2010 10:19 AM
