That video is totally fake because a by-stander in China would never do something like that. They'd just gawk and then talk about it disapprovingly to their friends.

Even though he ran off later, he did a good deed. And good on the other guy for actually taking on one of the thieves. There should have been a public beating - at least a dog pile.

But good for him to throwing the bike, and the other guy for taking them on.
