Wireless Audio Transmitter

Except I want the receiver to be in a more compact size (i.e. like the transmitter), something without wires, something I can just plug directly into a headphone/speakers...etc

Anyone knows if there is any company that makes / sells it?
And anyone knows generally what's the audio quality like on these thing?

Audio will not be as good as a wired connection unless you want to spent a lot more money.
