Whereabouts in bcit are we talking? I went there and there were no hills at all? Metrotown is good but it isn't completely dead until like 1 in the morning.
But I agree royal oak is probably the hardest but then again you probably have to wait until like 2 in the morning for it to be dead as well which kind of sucks. Thanks for feedback everyone. Really appreciate it!

What about the old Royal Oak? It can't be that busy around Buxton Street.

i'd go for north boundary road, that whole residential area is filled with so many hills and is usually dead

UBC B-lot besides the forestry building. Huge parking lot with a huge slope.

I know it ain't Burnaby but Oak st going up to Broadway from 2nd ave is pretty steep.
