Brake Pads: EBC ULTIMAX pads

I have an EP3 civic and planning on replacing my pads.
i do not perform any track or autocross so i am just looking for opinions.

I have used HPS and they have been great.

EBC has got my attention because it claims to have the same performance as the HPS @ 1/2 the price.

just wondering if anyone has any feedback on EBC pads.

for example. a pair of hawk hps is around 80 bucks vs a pair of EBC ULTIMAX for less than 50.

opinions on EBC pads.
Thanks

never used the ultimaxx,

but currently using hawk hps, and due to front brake upgrades, ill be trying out the ebc redstuff pads.

will tell you how it goes, but obviously the braking is gonna be better than now because im also upgrading the size of the rotor and the size of the caliper.
