Kinda bored and figured i'd ask what your guys ideal physique is? or even what you hope to look like in a couple years, or basically anything like that.

that frank zane with a beard pic is good, i'd say that's the most "jacked" u can be before u get to the crazy super hero "whoa holy shit!" to the average person.
