Fuck. Why does he not realize that an authority figure wants him to comply with an order to leave private property? Language barrier or not, if you see a cop and he wants you to do something, why would you struggle?

heres what happened

he was trying to return a wii that he broke himself
cs wont take it back
he went apeshit
security comes and trys and calm him down
he doesnt calm down and makes threat to one of the workers
cops called, security pulled him out
waits for cops to arrive and take him away.

im confused, i thought all uniforms had that yellow strip, but now that u mentioned rcmp, i think only rcmps have that yellow strip on the pants.

if that was a cop you would see his car in the front doors not a red cavalier. That was just security they do have training on how to control someone wrists which he was trying to do. You can see security took him outside to wait for the police and the guy in the blue shirt that works there locked the doors so he could not come back in.

.... i've seen a lot of ppl try to return their Wii's and get denied at bestbuy and futureshop oO weird

in fact every time i go to the customer service desk there's someone returning a wii

mall/store security guards aren't allowed to carry handcuffs or any other type of restraining device or weapons

they're only allowed to use "reasonable force" to evict u from private property if u refuse to do so

they're not allowed to detain or search someone either, unless they've made a citizens arrest
