i dont think he stole anything. when he got dragged through the detectors it didnt go off. It wasnt until the bb guy in blue went through that it went off. That would be pretty sad if he was trying to return a broken wii and they wouldnt let let and resulted to this.

According to the youtube description the man wanted to return his broken WII. Best Buy didn't want to take it back... he probably just got pissed and raised his voice or something.

That probably wasn't a cop. Probably just store security.
A cop wouldn't take him outside, he would just own him right on the spot with a tazer.
