Bluetooth from hong kong work here?

A friend of mine bought a plantronics discovery 950 from HK and i cant seem to link it up with my iphone, LG, or playstation is there anyway for it to work? Hopefully someone may know.

I always thought that bluetooth devices are compatible whereever?? Do you still have the manual?? Cuz sometimes you need to make sure both devices are in the searching/discovery mode before you can link up

Just to clarify, as long as you still have the code to pair, and know how to pair it with your phone, playstation or whatever, it'll work.

Bluetooth works transmitting with your device, regardless of the network the device is using.
