Question about coquitlam cineplex underground parking

does it get flooded or something easily during days where it rains?
cause everytime it rains and im there, its always closed and there is limited parking...unless u wanna walk hella far!
just trying to see what the deal is...

that whole area gets flooded easily due to poor drainage. its not uncommon for the underground to be flooded more than a foot of water. Even Schoolhouse and Lougheed hwy has been flooded to the point where numerous cars get hydrolocked. Hopefully some of that construction they are currently doing will include better drainage.

depend which side of coq you are living in ... you can always go down to pitt meadow as they are about the same distance if you live in coq center/poco area

i usually just hit the pitt meadow when its the raining season
