rec for bodywork

I just purchased a Miata for autoX/track duty and it has some rocker panel cancer rust. I'm not looking for paintwork, just some metal work/filler/primer etc.

Any recs for me in the Valley? I am in Surrey, but don't mind driving for a good deal. Somewhere that will do decent work and is well priced. It will be a track car so my main concern is stopping the rust from continuing... not really aesthetics. It has to look good just not "perfect"....
