DBZ KAI is going to be the remastered version of DBZ also shortening the series of 291episodes to a mere hundred episodes
as of now, there is 41 aired episodes with about 60 to go

No. The whole point of DBZ Kai is to remake the entire series without the extra 10 episodes to do the spirit bomb.

yeah they're only at episode 40. A new episode every week on saturdays, and the english sub version are out the following day.

frieza just turned into his final transformation, and the next episode (41) is where Vegeta goes SS and Goku is ready to fight after all that training in space from earth to Namek.

i was excited when it first came out... but disappointed because i thought they were re-drawing the entire thing like they did with that opening
