Starcraft players in here, now :)
 

This 10 year old RTS game is so old yet so fun. I wonder how many other people out there on this forum still play this game.

By play I mean 1v1 or 2v2, its the real "test" of the game is play low money maps. None of that fastest nr 30 minutes or UMS.

Starcraft also has a pro gaming community and I was just wondering how many people kept up with it.

If any of you guys play, on iccup (ladder server) or battle.net, feel free to post here and we'll see if we can get a game going.

I came in expecting news on SC2... that was dumb of me..

I played a couple months back at school during breaks with my classmates. I'll play with you guys except I'll probably get destroyed really fast.

i'll play user map settings every now and again. i get worked everytime i try and play real games though

i knew a guy top of the ladder, but his downside was when he was losing, he'd quit the game immediately. As opposed to players such as ~slayers~- boxer however you spell it, would fight to the very end.

I was expecting new about SC 2...

i don't play anymore, but i still like to watch matches between progamers and seeing their macro and micro.
ie: i watched the live stream of the OSL final last weekend, winner walked away with 40K US.
theres also the MSL final this weekend, Flash(best korean terran) vs Jaedong(best korean zerg, winner of 2009 WCG).

UMS are the only games I play in SC lol. Turret defense, bunker wars, Golem (i hacked it) lol

Where do you watch SC tourneys online? Are they broadcast in English?

some games have english commentaries, mainly the important ones. Go to this site www.sc2gg.com and click on one of the commentators on the side, it'll take you to their youtube channel.
