Bad mouthing a customer cuz you fucked up is never a good way of getting publicity for your dealership.
My guess is by tomorrow Hyundai will make sure this issue is resolved.

The court won't side 100% with the buyer. Some degree of human error is always allowed and will be taken into consideration.

i wonder how pissed hyundai is at all the bad publicity they got b/c 1 employee dropped the ball and continued to hurt the brand by his actions.
they say all publicity is good publicity, i dunno about this one
