If you have cell phone service, you have internet. Works through the cell phone towers. Rogers asks $100 for this modem if you sign-up on a 2 year. Avoid the contract by owning the hardware, then just order the service. Can be bundled with other Rogers services if you have something else with them.
Rogers usually only advertises their $50/month plan, but they have an unadvertised $30/month plan that you just have to ask for
