http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WqtZZU7QPUA
The story.
A women was hit and killed by a truck while crossing the street when the sign says not to cross.

Do NOT laugh, or you will go to hell. :)

SumAznGuy 01-23-2010 09:04 PM

Sad, but at the same time this is why you shouldn't jaywalk, and look both ways before you cross the street.

hotong 01-23-2010 09:04 PM

damn thats shitty.

Culture_Vulture 01-23-2010 09:05 PM

hahaha her stomach looked like a balloon as they were giving her CPR

I'm going to hell

rsx 01-23-2010 09:25 PM

singular..

StylinRed 01-23-2010 09:31 PM

that's sad...

u can't really blame her for jaywalking though... you can't get anywhere in places like Hong Kong/New York etc without jaywalking

but she should have been more careful :/

hirevtuner 01-23-2010 09:59 PM

Vancouver rule, drivers mostly at fault for hitting jaywalkers
hong kong rule, jaywalkers always at fault when hit by car

Did that say she was an organ donor?

If so, much appreciation for helping those in need.

Razor Ramon HG 01-23-2010 10:33 PM

Dumb bitch. There's a reason you don't cross when it's red.

Fail me if you want, but it's the truth.

The7even 01-24-2010 12:02 AM

Think I saw the driver who hit her crying :(

RIP impatiant lady.

slammer111 01-24-2010 12:29 AM

Pretty much the exact same thing happened to one of my cousins once back in tha day on Knight, except my cousin had the green WALK sign (ie some driver blew through the red). She survived.

RIP to the Honger chick.

dachinesedude 01-24-2010 12:45 AM

jaywalking is one thing, but doing it without knowing if any cars were coming on that lane, hmmm....RIP but she did have it coming

InvisibleSoul 01-24-2010 03:05 PM

Probably dozens if not hundreds of people get run over by cars around the world everyday... what's special about this one?

It's because it had the Apple Daily CG, isn't it? :p

gearshifter 01-24-2010 03:12 PM

Tbh, it's her fault imo.

ajax 01-24-2010 03:15 PM

Stop, look, listen before you cross the street! Use your eyes, use your ears then use your feet!

Jaywalk in HK = Suicide.

in fact, they should do that here - make it so pedestrians can actually BE AT FAULT when getting hit by cars.
