how many friends you should have on facebook

i try to only keep ppl im actually friends with on facebook... but acquaintances and ppl who rate less than that show up

so i guess now i should just let anyone and everyone on my list

facebook is lame, i only go on if i need to find a certain person

I only have about 190 friends on fb, I only keep the people I talk to (and the hot girls, of course), I dont need 500+ people knowing my moves and snakes and flakes using what I type against me.

i dont add people, they can add me and i'll see if i want them or not

I love these ppl who add me from high school and they were these huge geeks that have like 600 friends now, i bet they've never even interacted with 600 ppl in their lifetimes.

Im I only the few that dont have Face book?

i have like 150 frds and i only personally know like 25 LOL the rest are just ppl in HS i've talked to a few times

have about 200, mostly highschool/uni ppl i chatted with a few times, a lot of good old friends and the rest i see almost every day

there's a report that was just released that says soon the govt is going to target people who aren't on any social networking sites as it's very suspicious if they aren't

i dont add people either, they add me. I dont really care about the amount of people on my list but recently i deleted about 50 of them based on if i would even ever talk to them in real life if i were to bump into them or something.

im too lazy to edit people into limited profile so i just keep my page pretty simple with shitloads of pirivacy

information is useful, and people love giving information away on FB. it's a powerful tool.

i delete anyone who plays those stupid fucking games and constantly updates the feed page.
also coworkers i add out of courtesy then delete later.

NO WAY. I've always thought "just over 300ish" was "ideal" for FB.

Just a couple of months ago I decided my list was getting too big, and started deleting "ppl I don't talk to/care about anymore". Started at around 620 and when I was done.. the list was like 297. Now I'm in the low 300s again, and very careful of who I add. Back in tha day I added random people here and there, even if they just chatted with me once at some party. Now it's ppl I actually keep at least somewhat in contact with.

It's true though, 3xx imo does look "better" than both 2xx and 4xx imo.

i can't wait for my 420th friend as well :lol i just hit 400
