Michael smith is a good chef and all, but I think Flay's going to win.

Isn't Michael Smith from the New York area, then he moved to Canada.

The times I've come across Flay on tv, he's busy burning something..or does he call it Cajun?

Looks like a interesting match though.

Michael Smith is way more down to earth than Bobby Flay.

I personally like his show more, it's somehow more inspiring. He has good explanations and methodologies behind the stuff that he does. Chef Abroad is a great show too.

michael smith is the shit. chef at large is one of my favorite food network shows. chef at home...not so much but still decent. i dislike flay since it seemed to me like he always had this arrogance about him.

Are you kidding me? He comes off as the most pretentious stuck-up douchebag on the Food Network!

I love how on his BBQ show he rolls up his sleeve JUST ENOUGH so that you can see his Rolex.

I friend of mine also met him once, and told me that he's one snobby ... (fill in the blanks yourself). Act like a big celebrity, and don't want his picture taken with people.
I personally never liked him, I prefer Michael than him.

Chef Michael Smith is up at Whistler right now. He's the executive chef for the athletes village or something.
