Help; Basic HTML question

Hey guys,

I want to make a "hyper link?" I'm not sure what it's called...

it's when you click a WORD in the text and when you click it, it takes you to a different page..either in a new tab or new window

ie.
This is the new iPad from apple..

^but when you click the iPad word it takes you to this website (http://www.apple.com/ipad/)

I'm trying to do this on blooger.com and I can't seem to figure it out..
Does anyone know how to do it?
