Gurren lagann. It's already been said a few times, but its really just that epic. Fucking mind blowing.

Also recommend the first season of Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu

and

Full metal Alchemist: Brotherhood (though its not finished...3 episodes left to release, and the rest can be found on torrents)

Highly recommended!! Though the last few episodes has been meh. 1-60 was awesome.
