While not a steakhouse, Purple Cafe and wine bar has amazing food and a pretty good steak. |
I still dont get the "nothing special" comment about the cheesecake factory... Is the food good, yes. Cheesecake good, yes. Big place, lots or tables but still has lineups, yes. Good prices for the quality, big portions, yes. Cool decor, and a very busy take out area, yes. ... All yesses here. There's no way that I would eat at the keg over cheesecakes. Yes the keg has good primerib but that's about it. Cheesecake is awesome and is what a big chain restaurant should be like. Forget cactus and earls, they don't have hotties working at cheesecake but it's still packed, what does that tell you? ... Nothing special right? Posted via RS Mobile |

There's also a bowling alley, movie theatre, grocery stores (sell beer and wine), lounges and a night club. Posted via RS Mobile |

I love food and have explored a lot of food around the world, from street vendors to Michelin star awarded restaurants. But still for a casual meal I enjoy Cheesecake Factory. Seattle does have some great restaurants, from Etta's to Dahlia Lounge, and Salumi to the Metropolitan Grill, check my other posts and you will know what I mean. |

Anybody can cook a steak. That is, anybody but an inexperienced, untrained line chef the hiring manager at The Keg hired fresh out of high school with no passion for culinary arts whatsoever. On that same token, anybody in a suit and a tie with a little bit of learning on the job can become a good server. So if we're talking about restaurants that belong on the same level playing field, The Keg is way over its head if it thinks it's in the same league as The Cheesecake Factory. |
todai! sushi all u can eat has everything!! most awesome rest. ever!!! |
I would recommend Le Pichet and Wasabi Grill in Seattle. |
I would recommend John Howie's Steakhouse at the Bravern in Bellevue. Australian A5 Wagyu and Kurobuta Tempura Bacon. Their Wedge salad was good too haha.. Korean Ho Soon Yi is pretty good... as for cheesecakes, Pikes Place Market "The Confectional". |
Forget the exact name lol... But its the Thai food resraurant located on top floor of Pike Place Mall downtown seattle. The tower is connected next to Nordstrom so easy to find. Great thai food, satays are tasty and sample platter. Good atmosphere and service, price is fair. Convenient during shopping. Posted via RS Mobile |
i went to 2 tom douglas restaurant now. Serious pie was full and it was just wood oven pizza so we didn't go, but went to next door which is the Delia and it was great. The seafood sampler was ok, (the king crab sampler was the best), the king crab cake wasn't as flavourful / fresh as i wanted it to be. the fresh donut there was simply amazing! |
Crab cakes at dahlia are amazing! Don't pass on serious pie, outside of brooklyn they have some of the best pizza I have ever had... Hmmm wild mushroom and truffle cheese! Posted via RS Mobile |
