I don't understand why he even wants to get his ban overturned if he's so displeased with their coffee making skills. I guess vitaminG is right about those donuts :/

Honestly if only a handful of people buy decaf, he already should be satisfied with getting a fresh pot upon request. Besides, the staff just open the coffee bag and put it in a filter, they don't regulate the amount of water that filters through.
