why is TSN on channel 23?? wtf!

I think it might be for the olympics, because TSN isnt on basic cable so not everyone is gonna be getting full coverage unless they want to watch CBC i guess

btw, its always been 23 for delta cable users

I noticed this the other day, kinda weird when you go to channel 30 and Deal or No Deal is on... but this stuff happens like when ABC was on channel 10 or something like that, we'll get use to it sooner or later...

CBC is not broadcasting the Olympics. The are being broadcasted by CTV and the rest of the channels Globemedia owns.

Hmm maybe I should cancel my TV package from ch 30 - 59 hmm..all I watch are 30/42/52/57 and I would just want to keep ch 52 which is food network :)

I definitely have basic cable + a couple other select channels but my 23 doesn't work, just black with static. Do I have to reset the cable box somehow or?

No, channel 23 was FOX. now it's 28.

For bell Customers there are dedicated Olympic channels. 995-999 are the HD channels. I don't remember the others for SD (I don't watch SD anymore :P). It's free but you gotta "Order" it from Bell. Weird eh. Oh yeah, to add to that. It's 5 Free channels that have No commercials at all. It's all Live broadcast!!! Super sweet! I'll order mines tomorrow morning. :D
