lawl.. I ended watching it on TV. |
I tried to watch it at Livecity Yaletown but the lineup was beyond insane. While trying to find a place to go, I ended getting caught in that protest hah. Ended up watching it on the floor at the Bell Ice Cube and it was the best thing. It was packed but not that bad, I was watched sitting on the floor, ppl were loud and I was right in front of BC place on beatty street. Decided to leave right before the cauldron lighting to beat the skytrain crowd and was heading towards the waterfront station but ended up catching it at Robson. I was only a few minutes ahead or else i would have saw Gretz drive by and light the 2nd cauldron... damn. |
anybody taken any pics of the crowd in DT? wonder how it was like |
I posted a few in the official olympics thread |
