Budget SSD build CPU help

Building a new office comp replacing a AMD 2500 with a gig of ram used for basic office stuff but I want fast boot up and load times. The total budget is $700 not including a dvd drive.

For a SSD drive it's between these 2.

and

One thing I am not sure of is that CPU to get. Should I go with a cheap AMD quad core or should a get a Intel I3.

Now that the new Core series processors are out, the old high end core 2 duos have fallen in price alot! Benchmarks show that the old high end Core 2 Duos do alot better than the I3. Keep in mind that the I3 is a dual core at heart, just with Hyper threading. My choice would probably be either grab a old high end Core2Duo or grab a mid range Core 2 Quad.
