Quiet study place in Hong Kong

I am in Hong Kong right now for the Olympic break, but I need to do some school work in a quiet place with wi-fi. home is too small, too loud, too cold.

for those of you that are in Hong Kong, where do you go?
preferrably in Hong Kong Island. I live in the Tai Koo / Soho (Sai Wan Ho) area.

Probably the public library ... I've studied in the central library in causeway bay...it has a study area..

But i think you can go to other library as well, they are fairly quiet too, but it's always full when it's exam time for students...

Pacific Coffee is acutally a popular place to study. It's never as small as starbucks, and not as crowded either. There's one in CWB (wong sut bo) that's pretty big.

Ezekiel 25:17. The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.

I'd recommend mcdonalds. See loads of people studying there. Just plug some earphones in and drown out all the crazy girlfriend/ex-girlfriend bitchfests.

McDonalds is dirty. Pacific Coffee in general doesn't have free wifi but PCCW has pretty much HK wide wifi for a fee. I believe you can get a month pass, but for me I've bought the 24hr pass before its 20bucks hk for a full day. Good thing is literally 99% of the places you go in HK will have PCCW wifi.

I usually study at the Central Library in CWB, 8th or 9th floor for quietness.

But if you want somewhere after it closes, I guess maybe starbucks in CWB, they close late, around 2am I think. Or Burger King at Fortress Hill, they have clean seats/tables, and quiet down at night. Not sure what time they close though.

I DO NOT recommend McDonalds at Tin Hau because too many kids/students, even late at night, and feels dirty.

yea, i learned that pacific coffee doesn't have free wifi. i fucking bought a $35 mocha that tasted like shit too.

seems like there's nowhere that i can be isolated in hong kong.
if i have to go to mcdonalds, i rather stay at home and wear my earplugs.

fuck HK when i have to study. i only have 9 days here and i have to do spend a few days doing school work. fml
