I wish I saw your original post but if you wanna be a few steps ahead of mcdonalds you can try banks, they usually hire bank tellers with little experience

also if your interested and are in university/college there's the government jobs that higher university/college students to work part time at places such as border crossing, I have the website in my favourites in my other computer, feel free to pm me and i can send you the link
